“Hi. We had left it quite late to book dates for a couple of offers we had purchased. When trying to book myself online, the periods for our hotel were all 'sold out'. I rang and was fortunate to get "Lisa B.". She managed to get me a booking for the period in question. The next day I realised I had a previous engagement for one of the days and needed to change my dates. Surprisingly, I miraculously got Lisa B. again, and she managed to alter it gor me. She was very pleasant and obliging, and couldn't do enough for me. Can't compliment her highly enough. Kind regards, Robyn Borthwick.”

“We had been gifted a Luxury Escapes High Tea at Melbourne Botanical Gardens for two. Many attempts to book date and time "on line" had failed due to the web page "freezing" at the critical time. I contacted Support and was fortunate to encounter Lisa B. This lady was sympathetic, efficient and charming in the way she fixed our problem. Well done Lisa and well done LE for having the good sense to employ her.”

“We love booking with Luxury Escapes. The extras you get when booking a holiday makes your holiday that little bit more special. Their customer service staff are so friendly & helpful too. Josephine helped us change our dates and even offered to contact the Hotel for us to try and get rooms close by for our Group. Nothing is too much trouble...thank you!!”
