“I needed to change a booking only a couple of days before it was due. Kam R made immediate contact with the hotel on my behalf. Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate the change. Kam followed up with me straight away with some options. He couldn't have been more helpful and the quick responses were great. I was most impressed with Kam R and very grateful for his willing assistance. His customer service is exemplary.”

“Hi i was very happy wit the excellent service given after my request about airport pick up we have booked through Luxury Escapes several times and are so impressed with the offer in Bali Grand Hyatt and the whole Package your staff are excellent and very cheerful and very helpful Ian and Kelly Macleod”

“I phoned Luxury Escapes to enquire about qantas frequent flyer points being applied to the holidays I have booked. The consultant explained that not all holidays attracted points and looked into the holidays I have booked. Unfortunately they were not eligible but the customer service was excellent and the explanation provided clear and helpful. Always a pleasure to deal with Luxury Escapes.”

“An issue of possibly changing the dates of an already booked holiday so we could coincide with friends who booked an LE holiday in April 2024, came to nothing when the resort wanted to surcharge more than double what we had paid for the holiday to change the dates. Mitchell R did his best for us but it was just not viable.”
