“Luxury Escape service is definitely 5 star. Wonderful to be called back rather than waiting on the phone was a winner for me. The service person Bipin K was very helpful in making my booking, redeeming the birthday voucher I received then emailing confirmation. Bipin made what was a daunting task for me very easy to organise. A very patient and happy person to deal with.”

“Got our holiday package for exactly half of what the travel agent quoted...awesome. Customer service is excellent. The guy we booked it with was totally fantastic..can't find who he was unfortunately. Looks like he attributed the sale to a lady we originally spoke to, even though he put in a great effort and booked everything. Needed later assistance and Mitchell R was a pleasure to deal with and quickly sorted it. Trustworthy, efficient and safe company to deal with from our experiences. Extremely happy.”

“We have had a booking with Luxury Escapes since 2019, just about when COVID raised it's ugly head. LE have been extremely helpful in ensuring our booking remains valid and have made every effort to assist in making this trip happen. Kam R was our last contact person from LE and he made all the necessary changes (primary contact details, emails to the hotel for accommodation and transfers etc.) and his customer service was exemplary. He confirmed all the details for my daughter and her husband so that their trip to Bali (happening today finally) goes off without a hitch. Thank you Kam for all your help and resting our minds at ease All in all the experience has been an excellent one and we will continue to use this superb platform for all our future vacation needs.”
