“I had problems accessing my account on Luxury Escapes web site rang support and was assisted by Bella.M. it was sorted out in no time great relief. Thanks Bella.M”

“Once I got the chance to speak to someone Danielle made the date change process very very easy for me. She was so helpful and friendly and I felt like she had all the time for me even though she was crazy busy. Would love to deal with Danielle again.”

“I had a few concerns regarding our up and coming trip to Kota Kinabalu this week . I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Gavin S from your team . He went above and beyond to sort things out for me . Nothing was too much trouble and his communication back and forth was faultless ! He was amazing !”

“I lost my mother a couple of weeks back, that meant my having to rush to India. I had booked a holiday at Sanctoo Resorts and Villas at Bali through Luxury Escapes which I would need to skip. I wrote to Luxury Escapes; their customer service specialists helped me book a holiday at a later date rather than forfeit the money. Thanks Gavin!”

“I phoned from NZ as could not access a coupon I purchased. Was put through to a Josephine and wow within a few minutes she had sorted things out for me and followed up straight away with an email. I was most impressed with the efficiency and speed my request was dealt with.”
