“Bella M has given us the best service ever. She understood our needs in relation to 2 tours and a hotel booking. She did what she told us she works do on our behalf, kept me informed. She took ownership of our requirements as if they were her own.”

“We have not travelled as yet on our Luxury Escape but I cannot fault the service of the staff, Danielle helped us change and cancel part of our booking due to illness with some of our travelling companions. She was extremely helpful and sorted it all out within a very short time. I would not hesitate in recommending Luxury Escapes for your next holiday.”

“Kam R phoned me to clarify an isdue I raised via email. He did this so that we could both be clear about the question raised and get my problem solved quickly. Kam's initiative solved my problem quickly and easily. I couldn't be happier with his attention and prompt action.”

“I dealt with Kam. My situation was that I wanted to change dates of planned trip. I phoned and, having pressed the correct prompts, I was promised a call back. Indeed, Kam rang back and assured me that the dates had been changed to my prefer dates and that the property was aware of this. He was very charming yet professional. I very positive interaction. Thank you.”
