“Luxury Escapes have never, ever let us down. Staff are always very helpful and, in this case, Gavin S was excellent - great service provided with a smile you can even see over the phone. Gavin went above and beyond to provide the information we needed and everything was sorted perfectly.”

“We had a great experience with Eric H when our trip had been accidentally cancelled by another staff member. He was able to resolve our issue quickly with no extra stress added to the situation. We always have a great experience with Luxury Escapes and I recommend it to everybody who is booking a trip.”

“Great service from Vynka. Very helpful in arranging our transfers . We had to book additional accommodation on the mainland prior to arriving on the island and Vynka was just wonderful. So patient and organised. Arranged pickup time from our hotel and speedboat time. Honestly I could not have done this without her. All these things were not explained when Luke made our booking. The correspondence was fantastic, she kept us up to date with hotel and transfer company replies. Now that everything has been arranged I can’t wait for my wife and I to enjoy this long awaited holiday. 10 out of 10 to you Vynka.”

“Thanks to Gavin S for all his help sorting our trip to Phuket which has been rescheduled a few times due to covid. I had lots of queries that he was very helpful in sorting out for us. Thanks to his great customer service we will definitely look at booking through Luxury Escapes again.”

“So easy to book our holiday Had to contact cause our payment wasn't going thru did not see the little box to tick for Terms and Conditions. This needs to be bigger. Once got thru our final payment was completed with promptness and politeness.”

“We booked the Sebel Manly for 2 nights, and unfortunately on the day of travel we were unable to go. I rang Luxury Escapes and spoke to Bella M. Bella was so incredibly helpful. I was expecting to not be able to get a credit/refund. But thanks to Bella, she contacted Sebel, who were very generous and did not charge a penalty, and we received a full credit with Luxury Escapes. Thanks for your help Bell M and Sebel.”
