“Danielle P was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone call and I was surprised by her quick response by email, firstly for the Melbourne transfers that had not been credited in the past and then with the response relating to our missed Shangri-La booking. She was able to resolve multiple issues for me with one phone call from me, which is rare from my previous experience with Luxury Escapes. She was also clear about the expiry of the credits which I wasn't made aware of before. It is a joy to talk to someone who understands the situation and who are so friendly, well spoken and efficient, especially after I have been trying to resolve these issues all weekend with minimal results. Danielle P is an asset to your business. Thanks for your assistance today. Kindest regards”

“Vynka was extremely helpful when I wasn’t going anywhere with the self management option through Luxury Escape’s website. She pretty much got things going with the resort booking and I got the resolution I wanted in hours compared to the two weeks wait I had using the website’s self management options. I received top customer service from her and for that reason alone I am giving LE 5 stars!”

“Fantastic service from Vnyka today. She helped me with an issue, she got a grasp of my problem straight away, said she would look into it and followed up with a phone call letting me know everything about redeeming my voucher, she made our reservation for us and fixed another issue with another voucher. She explained everything clearly and precisely and sent me a confirmation email. She was extremely helpful and very polite.”

“I would like to thank Dhanya for her help in changing my booking at the Kempinski. She went to a lot of trouble to do this and I am very grateful. Would give her 10 stars if I could. I would also like to thank Benny for the trouble he went to. It obviously was not easy getting specific dates. Also Taylor who checked flights for me. Would give them all 10 stars if Icould. I still have to complete my booking but am confident all will go well after using Luxury Escapesmany times.”
