“Eric H was very helpful at a very stressful time. He organised for our air travel booking and was wonderful in the fact that he got back to me and resolved another issue with travel insurance for me. Eric was very understanding and helpful. He very definitely deserves five stars.”

“Eric H was both very helpful and understanding in fixing an error with my booking. My problem was sorted very quickly, courteously and professionally. We have used LE for a number of family holidays now and this is the type of service that builds our trust with the brand and will keep us coming back.”

“Vynka was very helpful, polite and patient. My issue took a number of weeks to resolve, but I got a credit for the night of accommodation I couldn’t use due to a flight change and she helped us make alternate transfer arrangements too. Lovely customer service.”

“I would sincerely like to thank Vynka for the amazing help she has provided us over the last few days. Spot on with communication and keeping us up to date on the progress, Including emailing my sons correspondence on their bookings. What has been a difficult time trying to sort out 4 bookings for my family, Vynka made it all much easier, stress free and took all my worries away. She was so patient, organising our transfers, car seats for my grandchildren, room allocations, honestly the list of my demands goes on. My son is very impressed that she even arranged for him to take his golf clubs. I can honestly say what brilliant service. Please thank her from my family.”

“I have used your booking service twice, and have not been able to fault anything at all. I spoke with Vynka who called me back after leaving two messages yesterday, and she was extremely helpful and an excellent team member of your Organisation. Very professional in her approach, had information I required and hands on. Thank you Vynka for your courteous and professional service extended to me. It negated the long wait for a response which was over 24 hours, since my leaving a message to call me back.”

“I have been with Luxury Escapes for many years. I currently have a credit which is fast approaching expiry. My wife has been very ill for some months (in fact she is currently in ICU at Canberra Hospital). This has meant postponing our bookings on several occasions. I contacted Luxury Escapes to explain my problem. Fortunately, I managed to be connected to 'Vynka' who listened patiently and with empathy to my problems and my wish to seek a solution. This was achieved without argument, pleasantly and in my opinion fairly. I sincerely commend and thank 'Vynka' for her consideration and action. She is an excellent representative for Luxury Escapes.”

“Melia resort at Nusa Dua in Bali with all inclusive was excellent value and loved the resort. With Luxury escapes booking it for us plus flts made it all so easy and were a delight to deal with. Very accommodating phone staff”
