“Bella M sorted out a booking issue taking time to speak to my partner and myself. It could have been a beaucratic bungle but Bella M made it happen just by having a "capable can do" attitude. Thank You Ted O'Grady”

“Excellent service today from a lovely lady called Vynka. She was quick at resolving our issue of dates in Brisbane. She contacted the hotel and secured the dates we wanted. We were kept up to date with an email and phone call confirming our booking. Thank you Vynka for the fantastic service.”

“I spoke to Vynka B at Luxury re booking the Wildes Boutique Kangaroo Valley and she was very polite and helpful. The price was good and hopefully we will have a lovely time in April there.”

“Had some unexpected Visa entry delay issues over Lunar holiday for my trip and it affected my existing hotel reservation.
