“I recently used the LE what's app to enquire about a change to my booking. I had an immediate response from Kam who called me, worked thru the changes and updated my booking. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Kam :)”

“Vynka was so very helpful when our booking needed to be cancelled due to weather issues. Vynka went out of her way to make sure we had the right substitute accommodation taking into account our plans. She followed through and got back to me swiftly putting my mind at ease. A big thank you”

“After contacting Luxury Escapes for a week to check on the progress of changing my Accommodation dates, the responses I got was "Hotel not responded", "waiting for a response from Hotel", "will call you when we get the response", there was no effort made to contact the Hotel and get an answer which was disappointing. My calls were returned 5 to 8 hrs later which was also frustrating. I was fortunate enough after a week to get Yvnka B and she was very helpful, she followed through with the Hotel regarding the changing of my accommodation dates, made sure the Hotel sent me the link to make the additional payment and also called me twice in this regard. Staff like this is an asset to Luxury Escapes. Keep up the good work Yvnka B.”

“We have been long term LE platinum members, always satisfied with the services we received. Over the years there had been a few other staff who helped us a lot , like Lucy , Saskia, we missed them very much. We now been chatting to some new staff with our recent booking like Jamie and Bella. In this particular review, Bella had gone out of her way to help us resolve our request. I was surprised that she was still calling me at 6 pm Perth time, that would have been 8 or 9 pm Melbourne time I think 🤔. Thanks you Bella for your help, hope to be in contact with you again pretty soon for our next LE booking Warmest regards Casey”
