“I spoke with Customer Service Team member Vynka after an issue with my booking. She has been very helpful and reassuring that everything is ok with the booking and checked it with the Hotel and emailed me their booking number. She has escalated my case to IT and has said she will get back to me shortly.”

“We can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the staff when we have had reason to contact customer support. The staff have also been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. In particular Todd H and Bella M have been great to deal with. We look forward to booking our next trip with Luxury Escapes !”

“Bella was extremely professional with the issue that previously wasn't resolved. She took this onboard and continually followed up the resort so we received a satisfactory outcome. We were extremely happy with all aspects of Bella's assistance throughout this process.”

“Thank god finally spoke to someone who helped us with our enquiry. We have been waiting for a call back, email but nothing. Then today we got Vynka… thank you so much. Problem sorted. She followed through, rang the hotel and amended our dates. Great service and so friendly to talk too.”

“Kam was great after speaking to 4 different people and promised a call back from one that didn’t happen Kam was able to solve the problem in 10 minutes that the others couldn’t (that in the end wasn’t rocket science) thanks Kam we need more people like you 5🌟”
