“We have holidayed with Luxury Escapes many times and have found the company to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Gavin S helped us with our current booking. There were some quite specific requirements but nothing was too difficult for Gavin - he was able to weave his magic and as a result we now looking forward to the luxury holiday of our dreams. Thank you Gavin S for going that "extra mile".”

“I needed to change the dates of my trip and we were outside the limits of the cancellation policy. Kam helped to communicate with the Hotel and was able to secure a change of date for us at no charge. Very impressed.”

“When my partners visa was not going to be ready in time for our Vietnam trip, we contacted you to see what we could do. We spoke to Ruxi and she has been absolutely amazing. Keeping us up to date with the progress of our change of dates and also negotiating with Singapore airlines to get our flights changed with minimal costs. Many thanks to Ruxi .. 10/10 customer service :)”

“Again luxury escapes were more than willing to help me with a problem I thought I had with my booking. It ended up being my error and there was no problem however Kelly was more than happy to investigate. I love dealing with these guys! Thankyou kelly.”

“I have been so pleased with the service I have received from Luxury Escapes since I began booking with them five years ago. I have just booked a trip for 2023 and Josephine has been very helpful in following up with my accommodation requests. The flight service team are also excellent. Thank you!”

“I was attempting to complete an online booking with my Luxury Escapes credit. For some reason, the booking wasn't accepted so I placed a call to the Customer Service Team. Gavin S called back &, even though my issue wasn't his department, he willingly assisted to book the hotel for me. I would recommend Luxury Escapes highly - I've called for various reasons over the past years & all staff have been polite & helpful!”

“I have had nothing but excellent service with Luxury Escapes since I began booking Escapes with them in 2015. Every hotel package has met our every expectation - great quality and great value.
