“Vynka B. was so very helpful, explaining the process and evaluating the use of adding days to my packages, adding flights, taking out travel insurance. Her prompt email enabled me to act quickly and set up what is going to be a great holiday and she has was very friendly. I never felt rushed, despite what must be a long list of waiting phonecalls to return. Excellent service.”

“Have booked through luxury escapes before and have always had a pleasant experience. This time round needed a 1 night extension to my existing booking and Vynka was amazing she was so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I couldn’t add on the extra night through luxury escapes but She contacted the hotel direct and gave me all the answers I needed and guided me in the right direction. Thank you Vynka people like you make luxury escape a pleasure to deal with.”

“Bella M was excellent in assisting us today. She arranged a change to our booking. She attempted to phone me when I was concreting and unable to take the call. Undeterred she went the extra yard to email me. In her service she was most polite, efficient and helpful to us. It was an uplifting experience.”

“I can’t praise Gavin S for his kind amazing service and understanding on my recent cancellation of a trip I had booked. I have no hesitation in recommending him and LE . They have great products and a brilliant team . I have used LE on many occasions but have never had to cancel and just couldn’t believe how helpful they were unlike other travel companies I’ve used.”

“I had to change my hotel booking date, I wasn't able to change this from my end so I called support and Vynka was very polite, prompt and helpful, within 10 minutes she has sorted out my mini hotel staycation and sent me the new booking that I wanted. Thank you so much!”

“Bella from accommodations was excellent very patient and understanding. She is a credit to Luxury Escapes. Unfortunately I had to deal with a number of agents and they were not in the same caliber as Bella. Well done Bella appreciate your service”

“Vynka was so helpful in assisting with a date change on our bookings due to the airline cancelling our flights. The first agent we spoke to said they could not amend our dates due no date changes allowed, my sister then contacted Luxury Escapes and got Vynka B. What a relief. She contacted the hotel and got approval to downgrade our package from 6 nights to 5 nights. We couldn’t get a refund, but got offered a credit which is better then losing our money. At no fault of Luxury Escapes, should be the airline compensating us. Thank you Vynka so much for helping both myself and Sister. 10 stars too you.”

“We had just recently purchased a luxury escape for March 2024. We decided to bring it forward to this year and weren't sure that we could. But we contacted LE and spoke with Gavin S from the team and he was exceptional in finding the right dates for us, it took a while and his patience was impeccable and he did it for us without any hassles at all. We woiuld recommend to anyone”
