“Andrew L was fantastic. When he wasn’t able to get me by phone he emailed me n offered me a phone appointment. He was able to sort out my issue which others hadn’t been able to do. He was friendly, efficient and professional. I was so impressed. He is a superstar!”

“I had to change the hotel I had booked due to flight issue. I got to speak to the nicest most helpful man Andrew L he took the time to listen to my problem then promptly fixed it… I have been booking through Luxury Escapes for quite a few years & their deals are truly genuine….wouldn’t go anywhere else…thank you so much Andrew L Mary Dolan”

“After a significant issue with failed payments then overpayments for a Luxury Escapes package, Firstly Jasmine and then subsequently Gavin were wonderful in their assistance to sort out the problem. It took a number of phone calls and emails so thank you to both Jasmine and Gavin for their patience and perseverance to a successful conclusion.”

“Because my purchase was for dining, I was thrown by the reference to travel etc that came just after I'd filled in what was required and before paying, and didn't feel comfortable continuing to pay without verifying with someone that I was purchasing the correct item. Thankfully a contact number was readily available to use. I spoke with Bella M who went through it online with me as I firstly had to create a new password and the window to enter the new password disappeared instantly allowing no time to enter anything. After solving this she went through the ordering. She even rang the merchant to check they'd received my order. I was very reassured, with her assistance, that all was in order. My feedback to Scoopon/ Cudo/ Deals etc is, that given that I was dealing with a group that primarily does Luxury Escapes as explained by Bella M, that reference should not appear if the item you are purchasing has nothing to do with travel!”

“Although I've had some issues with LE with the online aspects calling the customer service is excellent. Bella M solved my issue very promptly. She was friendly, efficient and my issue was dealt with. I was very impressed. Thanks Bella!”

“My experience with Luxury Escapes was incredible. I was very nervous to use them for my Maldives trip but after retiring from being a Travel agent for 15years I thought I would try them. I had the lovely experience of Belle M who went above and beyond for me. She was so lovely to talk too and nothing was a problem. Her communication was prompt. And always followed up with emails. Well Done Bella M. Luxury Escapes are so lucky to have you. I wish I had staff like that when I was in the business. So excited about our trip again to the Maldives. Hopefully everything goes well. Your App and website has been easy to use so far.”
