“Owning a business, a Luxury Escapes holiday is the only way we travel. When we see great deal, we can buy it and pick dates later. We have even been able to change chosen dates. Also twice now we have tried to book and the allocation for Luxury Escapes was exhausted. This was no problem for this great company to email and have it sorted for us. Bella M was amazing on the phone, and with her email correspondence. Very impressed with how fast she solved our dilemma. Have recommended Luxury Escapes to many friends.”

“I called to book an escape, using a credit note from a cancellation due to Covid. I spoke to Andrew L. He was very polite, helpful and professional. The re-booking was completed, without any fuss, after a further payment was taken because it a more expensive break. Well handled Andrew!”

“We have booked several Luxury Escapes Packages through the years and have always had a fantastic experience. The customer service is second to none and the lovely Gavin who I just spoke to to amend a booking was so very helpful and sorted out my issue straight away. We always recommend Luxury Escapes to our family and friends because we know that "what you see it was you get" and it gives peace of mind when choosing a holiday. Even through the worst of covid when we unfortunately were not able to travel because of all the lockdowns and restrictions there were never any issues with either getting a credit or a full refund on the packages we had booked.”

“Had to make a change to my dates for my reservation.Contacted Luxury Escapes and expected to there be some back and forth to get it done. within 2 hours I had received a new confirmation with my new dates requested. Thank you Bella M for such fantastic service”

“I had a query on 2 amounts charged to my credit card and was contacted by Gavin , who was very efficient and courteous . I have booked through Luxury escapes many times and will continue to do so for the reasons mentioned above and also peace of mind .”

“Following my wife being admitted to Hospital, I was totally impressed by the staff of Luxury Escapes who arranged cancellation of the original booking and then offered support for a new booking. More recently a member of staff, 'Bella M' arranged a new booking in a highly professional way. We are extremely grateful for the support offered us and look forward to other opportunities for bookings with Luxury Escapes.”
