“We wanted to extend our holiday but the room was unavaliable for the extra night. Andrew L contacted the hotel and arranged for us to have another night. He contacted me after he spoke with the hotel and sent a confirmation email. He was a pleasure to deal with.”

“Belle M assisted by cancelling the booking I had made. She advised me on the refund procedure. She was extremely efficient and had a friendly manner. Now awaiting my refund.”

“Excellent service as always from LE. I've been booking my holidays with you since 2017. Always accommodating and helpful staff. Kelly B was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to satisfy my query beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for you help today. It was much appreciated! Now the pandemic is over, I'm looking to resume my holiday bookings with LE in 2023.”

“Bella M was amazing. I have booked two packages with Luxury Escapes and have spent a week waiting for the previous consultant to clarify the hotel inclusions. Bella called the hotel and called me right back to provide me with all necessary inclusions. This was followed by an email confirmation. Great service Bella. Looking forward to this trip so much more now.”

“The sales staff are experienced and are always willing to help with any enquires and with comparisons of the different resorts at the same location. We have booked a number of holidays with Luxury Escapes and have not very disappointed with the experience. Gavin has been of great assistance most recently.”

“Jennifer C. (I hope that's correct!) and Gavin were very helpful, when my partner and I had to change our travel plans for next year. Credit for another Luxury Escapes holiday, hotel etc. was issued, with a 12 month period to book to use the credit. I received follow-up voice mail and emails. Great customer service. We've used Luxury Escapes many times in the past, and with their continued great service, and understanding displayed by staff, when our plans had to be altered, we'll definitely recommend to others.”
