“I had a query about a booking i made this morning(Sunday) and had everything sorted within 10 minutes by Bella M who was extremely professional and Friendly. Keep up the great service.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer C in customer service after l had some major issues with rebooking out trip to Fiji because of Covid!!, we initially booked on the 3/11/19 and then tried 2 times after that but the trip just couldn’t be sorted out!! But after much consultation with Jennifer C in September 2022 at long last we are booked for July 2023 and we can’t wait!! If it wasn’t for Jennifer’s persistence and kindness I’m sure we would still not have got the trip etc organised. Thank you so very much Jennifer you were absolutely wonderful Regards Kerry”

“A huge thank you to Bella M, Deb and the other lovely lady whose name I missed for all their assistance with rebooking my holidays after I made a mistake. They went out of their way for me. Their customer service, caring and kindness was was second to none. I highly recommend Luxury Escapes.”

“After needing to cancel my holiday,Michelle was so helpful and organised the cancellation with the hotel and arranged a full credit for us to use on future escapes. I have been using LE for many years now and have always been impressed with the customer service I've received. I can definitely recommend using Luxury Escapes if you've never tried before.”

“We had a problem with the airport transfer from Phuket to Khao Lak. Emailing did not work. So in desperation I rang. Gregory was exceptionally helpful and sorted it out very quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of his courtesy and professionalism.”
