“Gavin was very helpful with our request and was in constant communication both emails and calls to give us an update. He was very professional and friendly. “Great customer experience with the LE Tours Team, especially Nicole S. ! She managed to book a tour for me despite it was already sold out. Later a friend wanted join and she arranged all necessary modifications quickly. Nicole offered easy solutions for complex payment. When I encountered visa problems she provided the required information immediately and helped to meet the tough deadline. This lovely lady went above and beyond to make our trip happen. Thank you!”

“Thanks for the prompt and friendly assistance Justin B!
