“We went back to The haven Kao Lak when we saw it become available again. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time if not more as we knew a lot about the area and a lot of tips. The resort is amazing in every way. Customer service was impeccable and our room was amazing. Can't wait to go back. The only complaint was our jetstar flights cancelled on the way over and on the way home. We will never fly jetstar anywhere ever again.”

“My wife and I have been using Luxury escapes for the last 7 years and have booked multiple overseas trips with them. Not once have we had an issue with accommodation, the packages or their Customer service. Twice we have had to adjust our plans where they have been excellent in either crediting the value or rebooking alternative dates. I can not speak highly enough of the company and the staff they have.”

“Tiffany helped me to secure a new booking in Koh Samui following the Covid shutdown. She was polite, communicated every alternative date to us and happily booked what we chose. We are about to leave on this trip and could not be more grateful for her assistance”

“Having used Luxury Escapes at least 10 times I can honestly say they are fantastic! Whether going through the stress of having to cancel/receive credits for holidays due to Covid or the more pleasant using the Escape and having a fantastic time Luxury Escapes was there for us. They provide fantastic destinations at a highly competitive price - the value is second to none.”

“I had an issue with a booking cancelation which was my mistake . Suzi listened and explained what she would try to do for me . I was so impressed by her patient supportive manner and the prompt way she was able to resolve the issue. Suzi could not have been more helpful .Very well done Suzi and luxury escapes”
