“First off it took 3 days before I had any contact from Luxury Escapes for a booking I had with my gift cards, the phone line was always too busy. When I was finally contacted by Josephine S from customer support, she was Very good in helping me to get the gift cards registered. Thank You Josephine”

“I had the most efficient, friendly service from Josephine at Luxury Escapes. I had to change my plans a few times and absolutely nothing was a bother for her to work with me and fix things up. Such a pleasure to deal with, no fuss, no hassle and made to feel that the 'customer is always right' - when I wasn't!!!”

“Whilst we had to contact LE multiple times due to corona virus impacting our travel, both flights support and accomodation have gone over and above to rebook us and were always polite and patient. Jackie, Nicole and Fraser were all helpful. We will definitely book with them again thank you.”

“We travelled to Khao Lak for our stay. The pre booking with Luxury Excaoes was faultless and the holiday itself brilliant. It was everything it was advertised to be. We always use Luxury Excapes because of the amazing deals and exceptional service they give.”

“We recently contracted COVID two days before a planned trip to Cairns and Green Island. I made an early morning call to Luxury Escapes and before I had got through the automated select process Jackie answered my call. This in itself was a very good start as I had set myself up for a long wait for a return call. Jackie was very calm, understanding and was quickly able to look up my bookings and talk me through what the likely outcomes might be. As one of the bookings was a late availability she did not hold out much hope for a refund but would ask anyway and the other she was going to approach to see if any rescheduling or what conditions for refund they might have. We did have insurance and if refunds weren't coming would have had to go down that line. She made sure that I understood the possible outcomes in a very calm, caring while being in a business like manner. Well you can understand my surprise and delight when I got a call a few hours later from Jackie who informed me that both properties had given a full refund! You could tell from the conversation that she was genuinely pleased for us and happy that she had obtained the result she had for us. She then fully explained the conditions around the use of the refund balance and made the offer of assisting us with any future bookings when we were ready - an offer that we will definitely be taking up. It was such a relief to receive a full refund in future credits at such short notice from when were were meant to start our holiday and it was all down to the wonderful staff member Jackie - her efforts provided great relief from what was a stressful and anxious time! THANK YOU. Peter and Jenny”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Marcelle C and how they went above and beyond to address our situation. Unfortunately when trying to book the beautiful Mandarava Resort in Thailand one of parties rooms was rejected. We are a party of 6 and had checked availability and all looked good so booked flights. Panic ensued when we could not get 1 room. Marcelle listened and read without judgement. In all their replies they were timely and professional. They were open to our solutions and even though they had already contacted the hotel once they tried again for us which we all thoroughly appreciated. The second time the hotel agreed to let us book the third room. We were all overjoyed. Thanks to Marcelle our party of 6 can now look forward to our wonderful holiday in Thailand. Also thanks to the Mandarava, Phuket. This is the second time I have had to deal with the reservations team and the always go out of their way to help. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If ever anyone had any doubts using Luxury Escapes please do not. They have the best customer service.”
