“Fantastic holiday and service. After reading negative reviews, I thought they are ok as long as you dont have travel mishaps. We did have a mishap and had to reschedule flights, which we had already checked in on. LE phoned us, helped us and have deposited the refund. Am very impressed.”

“After booking a weekend away last year we could not go due to the lockdowns. Suzy D was so helpful and was able to extend the available time so that we will not miss out on our getaway. She was very thorough in the way she explained our options and called back promptly and backed it up with an email.”

“Great website. Easy to book on line and availability of phone help if needed, gives me confidence. We have booked several times now and have not been disappointed. Also, it's relatively easy to cancel if you have to, although after 7 days, you will get only a credit against future holidays. Great range of holidays available and I'm already booking for Thailand again this year.”
