“I have just had excellent customer service from Gavin at Luxury Escapes. I had missed out the upgrade offer on my booking and Gavin was able to sort it all out so the booking was as I had wanted. Quick and easy with no fuss. Thanks so much!”

“Fantastic stay at The Mulia suites but very disappointed that we paid extra for airport lounge in Brisbane through luxury escapes and no lounge to be found. We asked around and no one at Brisbane I International terminal new of the lounge. $160 wasted and many emails to LE with NO Reply.”

“This is my first experience using Luxury Escapes, and from service received it won't be my last. I needed to phone to alter an existing accommodation reservation. I was lucky to speak with Gavin S, who then helped explain booking alteration process. An email with a reference # was generated. This reference # and Gavin's emails proved to be a pretty seamless process. Thank you.”
