“Brilliant customer service by Kylie P. She was so friendly and helpful and extended my credit for me. I received email confirmation within an hour. I did have to wait for 1 hour and 22 mins on hold but it was worth it! Thank you!”

“Covid can throw some curved balls especially when it strikes just a few days out from your departure dates but thanks to Kylie P and the amazing reshuffle she did we were able to rearrange our travels and finally have a confirmed date for a second shot at a Luxury Escape at Uluru. Thanks Kylie P.”

“Jackie was an amazing helping me to work out and book my upcoming holidays. She listened to what I wanted, researched the best options, presented me those options and assisted me to select the best package and then to book it Jackie made it so easy. I cannot recommend Jackie and her team at Luxury Escapes high enough”

“Marcelle was so very helpful. and professional, with our booking. She looked into a couple of changes I wanted to make cheerfully. Marcelle got back to me in the time frame she said she would. I couldn't recommend Marcelle highly enough, she is a pleasure to talk too.”

“LE has always provided great service. First I dealt with Saskia then Lucy .Now Natalie is helping us. She is delightful. She is prompt to return phone calls, cheerful & polite. She has much knowledge on travel. If she is not quite sure she consults her colleagues Very efficient service.”

“I was very grateful to receive a call from luxury escapes consultant NIk B who conducted the booking confirmation for our travel package so professionally and efficiently. It is such a load of frustration taken off when you have an experienced travel consultant who can sort your travels out in flash! We will continue to use Luxury escapes for all our travels. Thank you!!”

“Hi, I made a booking for a trip to the Hunter Valley. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to Covid. We found out the day before we were to leave. Kylie from the support team contacted me after I sent an email as the phones were all very busy and could not contact them. Kylie was very helpful and all tuned out well. I would not hesitate to book through Luxury Travel. Very impressed with the help and understanding!👏👏👍👍”
