“We had to reach out to luxury escapes only a few days out from our booking and request to postpone and reschedule due to the unexpected early arrival of our daughter. Luxury escapes were so supportive and understanding and were able to help us with our request. We will be forever grateful!”

“Just wanted to give Kylie P a massive rap for go above and beyond any other person I have dealt with at Luxury Escapes. Others didn't seem to want to help to much but Kylie escalated and got the results we were looking for. Thanks to Kylie we now can enjoy our holiday. Thanks again Kylie 👍👍👍”

“I had booked a holiday as a present for my daughter at a RACV resort. When she arrived to check in she was told because the booking was in my name it would need to be changed to her name. I was contacted by the resort, rang Luxury Escapes and spoke to Kylie P who sorted the problem immediately. Great service. Thanks Kylie P.”

“Customer service was amazing Danielle made our worries disappear as she credited our flights and accommodation within a day of taking off…the service is great…the only thing to mention is you have to be put in a call back line that can take days…pretty scary when you have a last minute problem…I think if the call system was faster, it would eliminate all the stress but when you finally do speak to someone, they sort it out and with such humanity 😊”

“Luxury Escapes works brilliantly! We have booked with the company on several occasions, usually for hotels where we've stayed previously, and it's great to get the extras that don't normally accompany regular bookings. Recently I had to change a hotel booking twice, and Raph made the changes immediately and efficiently. He even went to the trouble of contacting me by phone, which was much appreciated.”
