“We had a family emergency which meant we had to change our booking at shortish notice....Lachie at Luxury Escapes was extremely helpful and sorted out our booking. The hotel where we were booked 'Chateau Elan' in the Hunter Valley were also very helpful. Thank you Luxury Escapes and 'Chateau Elan'”

“We needed to change our dates for an upcoming hotel stay and had excellent service via e-mail as the phones are very busy. Korey M was a great help, very efficient and extremely prompt replying to my e-mails.”

“Can't speak highly enough of the service offered to me by Brian recently. I had booked a trip but Covid (of course) put that idea to bed. Contacting Luxury Escapes they (Brian) arranged a credit to be used over the next 18 months & I couldn't be happier. If this is the benchmark for service, well done.!”

“We had booked two nights at Vivid Hotel in North Sydney. contracted Covid 19 and was unable to enjoy our nights away. So much looking forward to spending time in the city . Lachie who has contacted me several times made this progress so easy to having our nights on hold. Not losing our money or even a deposit makes me want to use Luxury Esxcapes again . Lachie do continue your customer service the way you treated me and customers will always feel great Cheers Rosemary”

“Raph was extremely helpful with re-booking an Escape after it have been previously cancelled due to Covid 19. Raph has great customer service skills, he answered all my questions promptly and he kept me infomed through the whole process. LE has been so helpful extending our credit previously also. Well Done!
