I would just like to thank Luxury Escapes and in particular, Lachie, for great customer service in sorting out a small hitch with our booking. Lachie was very responsive to our situation and he assisted me in not only a friendly, professional manner but also so efficiently and proactively. He kept me in the loop via both phone and email and this was greatly appreciated. Lachie is definitely an asset to your company. I found the whole process with using Luxury Escapes to be easy and seamless in all aspects including booking over the phone. The call back team from the queue are also again very professional and friendly and I received all call backs in a timely manner . I look forward to booking my next escape with your great team

After Covid caused cancellation of a New Zealand trip, and after four attempts to reach Luxury Escapes (both email and unbelievably long phone call attempts) I was finally contacted (after yet another long email) by Marcelle who was an absolute angel and solved our booking cancellation request in minutes. Well done that girl! I was getting very grumpy with LE and Marcelle has restored my faith in them. Whilst I would rate their overall customer service as "Poor" taking over a month to respond, I have rated Marcelle as being "Excellent".

We had a Melbourne hotel package booked in 2021 but couldn’t use it due to Covid closures. LE extended it to 2022 but when we wanted to book, the package was sold out and due to expire soon after. After an email to LE, their customer service person Raph credited the full amount to our LE account for future use. We have had this done twice now, so we are looking forward to using the total amount soon, as we have had good experiences through LE over the past few years. PH, Turramurra

We had a LE booked for Bali and had to take it before June 22nd this year, I have sustained a a compound fracture of my leg and two fractures to my vertebrae, so thought we would lose our money. I reached out to Korey who did a fantastic job and issued us a credit. Excellent job Korey, thank you so much. you have restored our faith in the travel industry.

May I say what a fantastic customer service consultant Eric.C. is. He personally phoned me every day for one week to confirm our package. Thanks to Eric and Luxury holidays we have now booked for for our holiday. Eric went well above and beyond what was required and I cannot speak more highly of him he showed empathy and compassion. Thank you

In very trying times, we could not be happier with our Luxury Escapes experience. We were unable to travel due the flooding crisis in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Despite the late notification to your help line, and despite the massive work load your team has experienced, we were able to secure a credit refund. We were ably assisted by Will, he could not have been more helpful.

Jennifer worked quite hard to get the Hotel to credit us for our stay. Initially the hotel refused, but an email by myself about our membership of both the hotels loyalty and our loyalty to Luxury Escapes, with some help from Jennifer we received a LE credit. This will be used toward a much longer holiday in future by Luxury Escaspes. Much appreciated Jennifer C and thanks so much for your efforts. She’s a keeper and give her a pay rise!!! 🙏🏻

I have had the best experience with Luxury Escapes. My mum passed of COVID before our honeymoon and my partner and I were too upset to leave. KYLIE P went so far and above her role to move mountains and help us change the date to a later date, otherwise we would've lost all our money. Thank you so much for everything Kylie P, it won't be forgotten and now my headspace is better I can't wait to go to FIJI!!!

Great customer service from your team! I wish to commend Lychota M from the Customer Service Team for providing an excellent consumer experience. I booked a family trip Japan but had to make some changes to the duration and dates. Lychota was prompt with her replies and managed to make the necessary amendments without any issues. I've booked several family holiday packages with Luxury Escape and our experiences have always been positive.
