“Luxury Escapes go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Due to COVID, I had to request a change of dates for a booking. Jackie from LE handled the change seamlessly and the dates were immediately changed This is the reason I always go back to LE for holiday bookings!”

“Have always received prompt and excellent service from Luxury Escapes, most recently, via Korey M, in regards to date changes for our accommodation. What would have been a very cumbersome process with other providers, was very straightforward here.”

“We have always been very happy with all our interactions with Luxury Escapes but particularly most recently with Jennifer who has diligently followed up on every query and request we have had during what no doubt has been an exceedingly busy time with floods affecting bookings. To top it all off Jennifer was successful in rebooking our package for our preferred dates. We are so happy 👏🏼⭐️”

“I couldn't remember how many Luxury Escape packages we have purchased over the years. But everyone of them have been excellent value, trouble free and a joy from start to finish. Thank you Raph G for your quick response in date changes for our accommodation on our latest overseas trip after our airline changed our flights at the last minute.”

“Because of a few health issues, we missed a Cudo offer that we have used before. I emailed Cudo to ask when would the offer come again and explained that because of illness I had missed this great offer. I had a reply from Raph G who was so good and managed to secure me the offer and as promised he rang me the next day and took my details and the email was there immediately with the voucher. What amazing service. thank you so much Raph G and Cudo 🦋👏”

“Marcelle was extremely helpful with my booking. She rang me late at what was probably the end of a hard day and could not have been more helpful and caring about my problem. This was satisfactorily resolved the following day. She is a credit to your company in stark contrast to some “customer service” people I have encountered lately.”
