“Lychota was wonderful I had missed the booking date for our high tea and she reached out to the restaurant and arranged a time for us to go. Fantastic service from luxury escapes as always :)”

“Lychota called me tonight and she was such a pleasure to deal with 😊 I have been trying to get through by phone for weeks so was feeling frustrated but Lychota helped sort things out. Just need to align flights and I'll be very satisfied.”

“I had booked Palazzo Versace for our wedding anniversary but due to the flooding had to change to a later date. Jennifer was excellent in her response. She was actually able to help us change the dates twice due to another issue that later arose and kept me updated regularly. Many thanks Jennifer, you’re a great asset to Luxury Escapes.”

“Natalie in the Platinum Club department was enormously helpful. Her assistance was invaluable. She responded promptly, and courteously to our problem. My husband and I were very impressed with her professionalism and the speed with which she resolved our booking issues following a change of date initiated by the Airlines. The Booking also involved her having to secure additional accommodation for us and our friends. Thank you so much Natalie.”

“I had a long arduous process to claim for refunds. The problem arose due to misunderstanding of issues and as such took a long time to resolve. Eventually an officer named Eric took the patience to try to fully understand the core issues/problems and resolved the matter within a day! Now everything is good.”

“Natalie D was fantastic sorting out a complicated issue arising from Virgin changing their schedules. She was efficient and beyond helpful with sorting additional accomodation and flights. LE have a real asset with Natalie who kept us informed all the way along. Thank you Natalie for everything”
