“I had booked a trip to Japan, which unfortunately, because of Covid, was cancelled. After attempting to rebook for the following year, the site said 'no longer available'. After contacting Luxury Escapes, Raph took ownership of my booking and got it sorted. Japan, here we come, next year. Thank you Raph”

“Fantastic help by the customer service representative at Luxury Escapes, Sara W. She fixed up a problem and changed my booking dates as requested only to find we had COVID and had to be changed back again quickly. Done so very quickly and efficiently. Full marks for going the extra step and thank you Luxury Escapes.”

“I 1st bought hotel package from LE before pandemic came but then I had to cancelled everything. LE helped me out n always answered my questions all this time. Unfortunately I couldnt take cash back, but they have so many interesting packages.”

“I required a date change for the travel package I have booked as I needed to coincide my dates with my travelling party however there were no more available dates via Luxury Escape. I reached out to Luxury Escapes and was assisted by Lychota, who made the whole process easy and seamless. Lychota was very responsive and even though we did not manage to resolve this initially, she was patient and persevered until we achieved what we needed. Amazing customer service on Lychota’s part and this is why I continue to book holidays with Luxury Escapes!”

“We had to make a late change to our booking due to Covid. Kylie was very helpful and empathetic to our predicament. She suggested a couple of options, that needed to be checked with the hotel first, and got back to us promptly. Kylie is a credit to the Luxury Escapes' team. Thank you again Kylie.”

“Sara W has been fantastic in sorting out the confusion with an excursion with AAT. We found communication with Luxury Escapes impossible so without Sara we would be in a real mess. Thank you Sara if ever I need to contact Luxury Escapes I will contact you. *********”

“I cannot fault the level of service and help the team have provided me. Especially Kat and Andre. Trying to travel to NZ during covid has been a nightmare with the continual border changes. The goal posts have been continually moved and the luxury escapes team have followed up promptly with the hotel to find a suitable time for all involved. We just cross our fingers the world remains somewhat normal and we get across there once borders finally open. Cheers”
