“Extremely happy with the customer service provided by Nik B. We had to postpone our escape to Cairns due to Covid and with the passing of time, a couple of experiences we had paid for were no longer available. Nik promptly escalated my request to receive a refund and the full amount was refunded into my bank account. Looking forward to our stay in Cairns next month. Thank you Nik and Luxury Escapes.”

“I want to say how happy we were that Luxury Escapes were very kind and understanding. We were unable to use our holiday to Vietnam due to health issues and they were able to give us a credit to be used on a luxury escape holiday in Australia. Nic B was competent, pleasant and listened to our situation and was able help us out with our situation without any problems.”

“Jennifer C was excellent. I was livid with Luxury Escapes because I was the 397th caller in the phone queue. Jennifer eventually called back and placated me very professionally. She very competently sorted out my my request and I was ‘Happy as Larry’ by the end of the matter. She’s a real asset to Luxury Escapes.”

“I sent an email regarding my trip to Vietnam which had to be cancelled by covid19. Ralph got back to me on Friday to let me know that the trip was still available and I could use it anytime before December 2023, this was excellent news because I have heard from other people that other Companies have not done the right thing, cheers Kerry”

“I was worried I was not going to get a call back as I was 300th in line. To my surprise, I rec'd a call back within 24hours. Kylie was very efficient and friendly and was able to assist me by changing dates on a booking. Very happy with the service and outcome.”
