“I had to make changes to my booking due to a change in flight dates which was out of my control. Marina B was extremely helpful and understanding and had everything sorted to the necessary change of my booking within a couple of days. Her communication was timely and very clear. Very happy with the outcome and looking forward to another Luxury escapes adventure!”

“Hi LE Team, Good Day! This is Iqbal, one of your clients from a long time now. Recently, With one of the booked escapes, I had messed up with the dates unknowingly and got in trouble as the dates got passed. I could be at a huge loss and could end up deleting by whole trip. I found out that the escape got over as it was a NO SHOW. I was so shocked and requested LE team to look into. That too on a Sunday morning. Special mention - “Bella M”. I explained the whole scenario to Bella. Stating that honest mistake of mine (changed the dates as well as Month*) She listened carefully and requested me to be calm and positive. In the meantime she followed up every alternate day (email or call). Cut to Day 4-5, I just got an email from her stating that she convinced the Resort and now I am having that same booking again. And my plan is in place now. All thanks to LE team, specially Bella. Few take aways: 1) LE gives better rates, inclusions and even better dates to choose from. Trust me when I say this, as I am quite active in using Booking.com and Agoda.com. 2) I have an immense respect to your Support Team. I got a couple of calls on the same day I raised the concern. Hats Off! 3) I quite like your extra effort where you suggest the nearby places (tourist attractions), cabs facilities, ferries, theme parks etc. 4) I am from India and I am happy to say that I find your escapes quite attractive (both domestic and international) Thank you so much Bella and team for making this work. Obviously there was a mistake from my end but still you made it work. Thank you again, Luxury Escapes. You have made a permanent client here. “The deals are really affordable and locations beautiful! But my golden experience was dealing with a wonderful sales rep, Natasha K. She was polite, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help facilitate my needs. If all the sales reps are like Natasha, I would highly recommend people use Luxury Escapes!”

“My review is bad and good . I have been a long time customer of Luxury Escapes and have had wonderful holidays. My last booking I had a problem getting any dates and I spoke to Nicole who put in a request and I never heard back from her (72 hrs was the timeline) . So 9 days later I phoned again and Tammie R helped me with my booking. She actually made the enquiry and helped me with a credit as my dates were not avaliable. Tammie went above and beyond with call back service . Thanks Tammie R .”

“Kam was very helpful ,his communication was wonderful . He was able to secure our dates for our Bali stay at the Pullman. He organised our pick ups and drop off times with the hotel. A big thank you we are heading off for our holiday this weekend . great customer service Kam”

“I received excellent service from Eric H. He went above beyond to help us out. Sorting a cancellation and credit so we could rebook. Eric rang at 7.45pm the day of the enquiry to confirm he had sorted everything. Thanks Eric”
