We have been dealing with Madison G from the support team during a stressful time in cancelling our trip to Singapore. This was a last minute cancelation due to my husband's injury and inability to fly. Madison has been very helpful and efficient liaising with the hotel and successfully obtaining a refund for us for this we are very grateful. We will be definitely rebooking when we are able to travel again. THANK YOU Madison G.

Mitchell R was so helpful in sorting out an issue with our booking. He was professional, friendly & efficient. He went out of his way to sort a solution and it was done in such a sort period of time. We were amazed at short turn around time to have this sorted. It is appreciated so much & too a lot of stress away. Thank you again

After a crisis which required us to amend our holiday dates at the last minute, I am extremely grateful to Bella M, for her support and management of the necessary changes. She communicated with the hotel to work out a solution. She was particularly courteous, professional and a great communicator. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She navigated a tricky situation with ease. We have booked many successful and memorable holidays with Luxury Escapes and will continue to do so.

If we could give less than 1 star, we would... We wish we had NEVRE gone through Luxury Escapes and warn others of the same. This company has not only ruined my honeymoon, but has come up with 101 excuses as to why we were over charged the amount we were and the extra overcharge can only be a 'credit' causing us to either forfeit our money OR book with them again. After more than 4 hours between different representatives, we finally received an emailed that our refund is 'processed' (again confirming in writing the last 4 digits of our CC the refund was processed to) only to log in the next day to see the amount refunded only as a 'credit' with them. After 5+ hours of being on hold the following day, Dani who was meant to be a senior (manager) ended our chat. The representatives when we call back tell us to hang up as there is NOTHING they can do for us and to keep being 'patient'- "the dispute is with 'management' ". All in all, they are hoping people give up and accept the credit and in using the money, we spend more on their company! Disgusting service and attitude. Shame on you Luxury Escapes with your scams holding on to peoples money for profit! We are now in the process of putting a complaint in to both Consumer Affairs and ATAS. You can't do this to people and we will not let you get away with it.

Hi there, We have spoken to our support team who have been assisting you with your booking issues. The support team initially refunded you for your insurance and this was incorrectly refunded into your Luxury Escapes credit. The team have since reversed this and refunded the money correctly into your bank account. We understand that there was confusion regarding an amount of money that you believe you were still owed as a cash refund. As you used external gift cards to make your purchase, it is not possible to refund any amount paid with these gift cards back to a bank account. I can not fault the Luxury Escapes Team! I am a regular with LE because their holiday offerings NEVER disappoint. Throughout my most recent dealing with LE, I would like to thank 'Gavin S' for his professionalism and friendly, helpful manner - truly commendable. He took the problem I called about away and managed it beautifully. A HUGE thank you! The relaxed and professional manner that Gavin gave is what keeps me coming back to LE again and again!

Luxury Escapes takes the stress out of any holiday while always jam packing their offers with the added extras, like massages, returns transfers, drink packages. Just recently I have had the pleasure of being assisted to book, make changes and make more changes by Mitchell R! What a star , great communication and always checking in to make sure I had received documents or communication from third parties. Thanks Mitchell, you really did make this experience easy and I felt supported all the way.

I have used Luxury escapes before and have had many conversations with them (thanks to Covid). They are so helpful, polite and accommodating. They also no their products really well. I have had another wonderful phone experience today with Mikayla C and then the sales team member after that. Really great service.
