“I purchased a Scoopon spa voucher and was having trouble using it. After calling to speak to the call centre I spoke with Luke M who went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He was very polite and continued to update me through the process so I knew what was happening. I was very stressed about the situation but he was such a big help. Thanks so much Luke for your wonderful customer service.”

“Today, I contacted Luxury Escapes and was told I was No. 17 in the queue and could either hold on or opt for call back without losing my place in the queue. I chose the latter and received a call from Luke M. I needed to change the room type in a booking I had made a few days previously. Luke dealt with my request in a friendly and polite manner, speaking very clearly. He changed my booking as requested very quickly and efficiently, while I was still on the phone to him. He then confirmed that he had achieved my request and told me I would be receiving a confirmation email very soon. This actually arrived in my inbox while we were still talking on the phone. Luke is a thoroughly pleasant young man, who speaks well and is a pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to Luxury Escapes. Thank you, Luke.”

“Natasha K was so incredibly helpful after I accidentally booked a trip twice through Luxury Escapes. She listened to my concerns about my mistake and immediately made me feel at ease, explaining how she could resolve the issue. Natasha followed up quickly with an email explaining that the situation had been resolved and how long it may take for my account to be refunded. I feel fully informed and so grateful for all her help. I can't thank Natasha K enough for handling my situation in such a lovely manner. Thank you Natasha K!”

“We had a few issues with incorrect dates upon booking our accommodation and flights to Koh Samui. The two dates were unfortunately booked one month apart in error. However this was finally resolved promptly and professionally by Lisa B. We have made several bookings through LUX Escapes and this is the first time we've encountered a problem. Admittedly this was handled by 2 other consultants prior to Lisa B but she finally resolved this issue for us. Very happy with her service.”

“I want to commend Jake L for his service. We had a last minute transfer we needed confirmed and Jake reassured me, despite him nearly finishing for the day that he would follow up, pass onto his team if needed and still follow through that our transport was confirmed. His reassurance helped greatly. One of a kind.”

“I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Luxury Escapes and in particular to Patrick M. Having decided on a slight change to my booking Patrick listened patiently, gave me a couple of options and promised to contact a third party and get back to me asap. This he did by phone and by a confirmation email detailing all of the important points including a credit. Patrick has excellent customer service skills, is pleasant, caring and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Also to Luxury Escapes - as I work full-time, I love your 24/7 service and also call back service. Love your work!”
