“I called to follow up on a date change with our booking at the Mulia as had not heard back. We needed to get the dates approved to change flights. I was lucky enough to get Vynka on the phone, who followed through quickly with the hotel contacting them and got us the date change we needed. Great service.”

“Brooke was very helpful polite and courteous. She understood and explained my situation, contacted the hotel to change the date of my booking despite it falling within the no cancellation window and both called me back and emailed me the resolution of my issue. I was very impressed she was exemplary.”

“Lisa B went above and beyond. We spoke earlier in the afternoon and she was more than happy to follow up with the hotel to establish shuttle bus details from the airport. At 6:10pm ****after she had finished**** she rang me with detailed information about the shuttle and then forwarded the email with all the details after the phone conversation. She achieved in a short space of time what I had requested by email 3 days ago! Lisa B restored my faith in Luxury Escapes with this wonderful, nothing is a trouble service. Management, please acknowledge this fantastic effort and reward Lisa appropriately.”

“Josephine S in customer service has been amazing. So professional. I needed a date change for our accommodation and it was done so efficiently. After speaking with her this morning she then sent me a copy of the email she had sent to the hotel with change of date. Later that day she called to say it had been completed and then emailed me the revised booking confirmation. I was so impressed. Thank you again.”

“Natasha K was able to quickly and efficiently sort a real mess that I had tried to sort out with several other Luxury Escape consultants with no results and more errors being made. She even came in on her day off to resolve this. I don't know whats going on at LE as I have dealt with them for decades and never had an issue but this has been stressful and time consuming. Thank you Natasha for finaling resolving it.”

“I had a very positive experience with Natasha K over the last few weeks. I had a crisis at home and needed to cancel my trip to Singapore. Natasha kept me in the loop from start to end.
