Mitchell R helped us to pay the balance of our stay in the Maldives and will be in contact with the result to arrange airport transfers. If all that happens as planned, we will be very grateful for Mitchell!

Luxury Escapes and your agent Vynka in particular were so helpful in problem solving our booking dilemma. Vynka, after our initial conversation, was able to liaise with a third party and have our issue sorted in a very short time frame. To get a follow up call and associated emails for our records was also very professional and much appreciated.

What a relief to have the help from Vynka B. After going round and round and waiting a long time for a call back, I got Vynka. So understanding and not just listened but actioned what needed to be done. Luxury Escapes employ more staff like this and have more happier customers.

Customer service from Mitchell R was outstanding. Mitchell has a lovely, friendly manner and sorted my issue on the spot. I had been trying to get through to customer service for quite some time so it was a relief to have everything sorted right there and then.

I received an early morning email advising that my transfer in Singapore had been cancelled because a payment had not been made and that the agency (Luxury Escapes) had cancelled the transfer. Of course this was not the case! I had pre-booked and paid for transfer earlier in the year so came as a shock. We were leaving in less than 10 hours and needed this issue resolved asap. I immediately emailed customer service. Vynka was the person who liaised with me and the transfer company. After many emails to and fro the issue was resolved. Vynka went above and beyond in trying to resolve my issue. She located all previous communication and forwarded to transfer company and kept communicating with both transfer company and myself. The transfer company would tell her one thing and then me another. If Vynka had not kept on top of it the entire time we would have had to catch a taxi and then worry about receiving a refund. Instead because of Vynka's outstanding customer service all was finally resolved well before we boarded our plane for Singapore. So thank you Vynka! This was the last leg of our 6 week journey and was happy that it ended on a good note. Congratulations Luxury Escapes for employing a staff member with fantastic work ethics. It makes a huge difference to travellers when faced with a problem.

I purchased a Luxury Escapes hotel accommodation in Chicago. The standard of accommodation was excellent and extremely good value. The reason I use LE hotels in USA is because of the waiver of the daily 'resort fee'. When I checked out at the desk I was told there was nothing more to pay. Days later when I checked my account there was an unexpected hotel charge. I contacted the hotel and the explanation was a 'service charge'. I followed up with LE on my return. Tammie R has been incredibly helpful, persistently in trying to reconcile this charge with the hotel with numerous attempts. The result has been a refund of the charge. This level of service from Tammie R is first class and means I will continue to use LE with confidence of their high level of service.

I received fabulous assistance from Natasha K when requesting specific dates for my accommodation. I was a bit hard to get hold of on a particular day however Natasha K persevered and was very helpful sorting my arrangements. Thank you Natasha K.

Natasha K Helped me as I had somehow put a pick for the day I was booking July not Sept when we were there! She fixed it quickly for me and placed all my requests to the hotel as well. My 3 rs luxury escape-love them
