“Luxury Escapes are amazing. I sent an email this morning about my booking. Within a short space of time, they phoned me back to answer my query. Mitch R was professional, helpful, friendly and instilled more confidence in me that I am dealing with a reputable company that does what it says it will and goes the extra mile to maintain customer satisfaction. This is my first booking with Luxury Escapes and I am thinking it certainly won't be my last!”

“I had to cancel a booking due to being unable to travel as my mother was very ill. While LS did not have to give a credit as I was outside their refund policy, they were extremely understanding, I provided proof of my mothers ill health and they were happy to cancel the booking and provide me with a credit to use at later date. Will the LE consultant was prompt with his replies and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend LE.”

“I pitched a great deal on a luxury hotel stay on the Gold Coast and the day after had something come up to conflict with the chosen dates. Will, the customer services rep was fantastic. Room dates changed with no hassles and no extra charges. Love luxury escapes and have used them few times now. Highly recommend.”

“I spoke with Mitchell R this morning on call-back service. He was super helpful and rectified my 2 issues swiftly and with great customer service. “Contacted Mitch R from Luxury Escapes Re: Experiences offered following our booking at The Langham Hotel Gold Coast. After viewing the experiences it was not clear how to book a specific date. On calling Mitch, I explained this he reviewed my booking & gave the appropriate advice to pay for the experience we were interested in & then I would be emailed vouchers to contact the merchant to arrange our preferred date. Excellent service & answered my question succinctly & professionally, so thank you!!!”
