“I had a lovely customer service experience with Tammie. R. who was very helpful in confirming and booking my accomadation. I was very nervous, however Tammie was very reassuring and gave me confidence for future bookings to call the luxury escape team.”

“We called LE about a package we saw in the Newspaper- unfortunately the resort we originally liked didn't offer Two-bedrooms for our family. The lovely Kirsty B offered us another resort and was so helpful and lovely to chat with. We ended up booking her recommendation and now we are even more excited about visiting this resort! Thank you Kirsty for making the booking process to easy.”

“We recently booked an overseas holiday package (flights, accommodation and transfers) through Luxury Escapes. Unfortunately, the start of our trip was hampered by typhoons and unpredictable weather, which threw our plans into disarray. Fortunately for us, we had the wonderful Vynka from LE helping us through the whole process. The care and commitment she showed in helping us navigate the changes we faced was outstanding. She was on hand, following up on things, staying in contact; even checking on us during and post holiday when minor issues occurred. Dealing with travel upheaval and uncertainty with airlines, hotels etc, can be a daunting and frustrating process. Knowing you have a dedicated agent like Vynka looking out for you, is a money-can't buy endorsement for Luxury Escapes.”

“First class service from Kirsty, from an idea through to final booking the service was excellent. I think I have found my personal travel concierge!! Kirsty is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother despite my ever changing requests to fine tune my itinerary, she saved me money too. Great work Kirsty thank you so much!”

“Lisa B was awesome to talk to on the phone. She is amazing!!!! She was able to find my husbands booking and organise a surprise birthday cake. She was then able to call me to confirm what she had organised. She was friendly to talk to and was willing to go out of her way to help me.”

“Each time I called, the staff member on the phone was very friendly and understood my request. Though the initial query did lag a few weeks and I had to follow up a few times. But then Mitch R answered my call and championed my request. He went above and beyond to sort it out, and continuously followed up until everything was sorted. I really appreciated it.”

“I phoned Luxury Escapes to find out what I needed to do, and what the consequences would be, if I had to cancel because of illness. I had seen my doctor on September 7th and was given a script for antibiotics. Mitch was professional, courteous and very reassuring in dealing with all my queries. He also took the trouble to put me in touch with your flights support team member who was most helpful too, in much the same way as Mitch was. Kind regards.”
