“After speaking with 3/4 consultants and not getting any actual help although they were helpful on the phone, they didn't actually come back to me. I then spoke to Josephine who acted on my queries and followed up by contacting me and letting me know my two queries have been looked and all is well. She was excellent.”

“Ecclesia K , Was a very obliging man. Nothing seemed to bother him, answered all my queries and questions. As I’m not computer illiterate, we were on the phone for quite some time. I hope all your STAFF are polite and helpful like Ecclesia K. Kind Regards”

“Always get wonderful assistance, today was the same, due to my email provider i couldnt get into my email so I needed to update details. But I then made an error and the account vanished. Thank you to Tammie R she fixed everything and i didnt have to ring her back, she noticed the error and rang me within minutes.”

“Its no wonder we use Luxury Escapes so much. Whilst they are excellent packages, its the staff that are truly amazing when you need help. Yesterday Brooke L was brilliant cancelling one package and booking a new date with an extension. Unfortunately, I had the number Brooke was using blocked in my phone by accident so today Katja H had to take over and she experienced the same issue with the blocked number, however, she persisted with emails and finally resorted to telephoning me on another number. Couldn't be more please with both ladies and they were both truly 5 Star consultants. (oh and yes with the help of Google the number is now unblocked).”

“I absolutely love luxury escapes. It is my go to website. I look practically every day. Due to miscommunication I noticed some confusion in the dates of my booking. After a lot of interaction with the hotel and luxury escapes, Natasha actioned my problem and solved it very rapidly. She listened to me and was extremely supportive. She understood my distress, calmed me down and fixed my problem. Thank you Natasha”

“I was very impressed by Ecclesia K’s support and customer service today. I had been waiting for someone to reply to my mail/ call since yesterday and started to feel annoyed! Ecclesia came on the line and was very empathetic and efficient and made me feel pleased that here was someone to help me ! We sorted out my credit card issue and he was very obliging to help me by showing me how to organise my transfers - and helped me to consider options using My Experiences. He also sent me a copy of an invoice with payment details that has been most helpful. Pleased to have such a pleasant assistant who was prompt and courteous.”
