“To my Luxury Escapes Telephone Sale Support team member, Ecclesia K. Your personal and professional attention to our requests for assistance has been greatly appreciated. Where the online app was useful to a point. You overcame our voucher entry error and managed to have us fully booked, with all transfers confirmed within two days of asking. “Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient consultants, including Sicardo, Danielle and Will. Sicardo had spent a lot of time figuring out the best way to organise our rooms and ensured that all of our family of 10 would be well-accommodated. It was very complicated, but nothing was too difficult for them. They went out of the way to help me sort out my trip. Thank you.”

“I had booked a Luxury Escapes villa in Bali online and then friends decided to join us. I rang wishing to upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa and was lucky to speak to an amazing guy called Ecclesia K. who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he even advised me of certain dates that carried a surcharge. I actually asked for his name so I could give him a great review! I have his email should I have any further questions and I would not hesitate to use Luxury Escapes again after this amazing first experience!”

“I had booked a package for my son last Christmas he had till 30 September to book and travel by end of December 2023 , when he went on to book a few weeks ago the rest of the year at the hotel was booked out ! I contacted one agent who sent me a link to other hotels in the area but the link didn’t allow us to book anything ! I had to ring back once again but thank goodness I did I sound with agent Ecclesia K'. he went above and beyond called his reservations team and within 24 hours my son was booked at our hotel of choice and the dates he wanted ! Thank you so much your customer service is second to none what an asset you are”

“Josephine helped resolve an issue that we had with Ciconia Travel. LE should contact Ciconia and pass on that they need to pay attention and not assume the gender of clients unless they check the passports. This is not a small issue as it possibly could cause problems with flights etc. LS”
