“I stopped by as I had some concerns about my transfers on an upcoming trip, I spoke with Luke M. Not only by the time I had finished shopping had he resolved my issues but he then helped me follow up on some concerns I had about the recent earthquake in Bali. He was attentive, responsive and above all else he cared. I will be passing on his details to everyone who will listen. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore. Thanks Luke M!”
