We received Exceptional customer service from Tammie. R. we were able to add another traveller to our booking with no problem at all Tammie confirm our extra bedding, costs, and transfer information.

Thank you Vynka for your call today regarding a slight mix up in post codes, which was easily resolved. You and might I mention Eric were really efficient and polite and thanks again so much for actually going that one step further and changing our dates as well as confirming. Vunka What a fantastic service you provided, my first call with another lady who was nice and professional said there was nothing that could be done. You on the other hand went and spent the time and sorted both the hotels that were booked for the date we wanted as flights booked and got them all to confirm these booking. Well Mitch R , was absolutely awesome to speak to, he navigated through my booking and found a letter missing on the email address. Then BANG, sent all the information through. He then asked me if I needed anything else. Man he was good Cheers Happy Steve!!

Thank you for your reply. I wanted transport organised from the airport to our hotel in Nusa Dua. Malcolm G has sent our request to the hotel so.we will have someone waiting when we arrived. OT takes the pressure off from trying to get taxis. Thankyou again
