“I usually have amazing experiences booking with luxury escapes however this process has been somewhat unpleasant given the amount of back and forth I have had to do regarding a booking I had made. I just want to call out Tiffany for her assistance in correcting my details and giving me confidence she knew exactly what she was doing. Tiffany was professional, friendly and really listened to my concerns and was able to rectify those on the spot. I really appreciate her assistance and as a result I will continue to recommend and book via luxury escapes in the future.”

“Hi, I made an error in my name for my booking and Mitchell R was so helpful in sorting it all out with the hotel. He also called back to say it was all sorted. Really great customer service. Thank you”

“We really appreciated Sina’s excellent customer service, prompt responses and the outcome of our request. We were unable to travel and use our purchased escape within its timeframe due to medical reasons. Sina tried to extend it with the hotel, unfortunately this was not possible, however Luxury Escapes have given us a credit to use on another escape.”

“Today I had an issue with a staff person in trying to book a prepaid Scoopon gift voucher at a local winery in McLaren Vale, so unable to make any sense out of the directions i had been given I phoned the Scoopon number for some assistance. I spoke with a lovely young fellow, his name was Mitch R, he knew the area I was referring to and was able to sort out my dilemma. Mitch was very personable, extremely obliging and friendly, and i would think was a valuable member of your team, so I thank him for his support.”

“Because of illness I was unable to proceed with my weekend away. I rang LE and Mitchell R' answered the phone. I asked if I could postpone this trip to another time, knowing it may have been too late to cancel. Within the hour Mitchell R' emailed me with the good news, I was able to keep my booking and use at a later date. Great communicator and follows through. Very happy :)”

“Luxury Escapes have been a pleasure to deal with. Bella M was extremely helpful, patient and always responsive with all our queries. My partner became pregnant shortly after booking our package which meant travel was not possible but both Luxury Escapes and our hotel were understanding of the situation and worked with us to provide a positive resolution that catered to our little family’s needs. Thank you L.E. and Bella M for taking the stress out of the situation.”

“Great customer service provided by Vynka who went above and beyond to sort out my query about upgrading our room. I missed a few calls and was followed up with an email to let me know they tried to contact me to sort out my query. It's rare to receive such prompt service these days. Will definitely book through luxury escapes in the future.”

“I booked our holiday with our children and grandchildren to go to Phuket and before we left I realised all the accommodation was in my name and so was the insurances I frantically rang and Mohammad A was amazing and fixed up all my mistakes. The after booking service from Luxury escapes is excellent. Highly recommend this travel company”
