“Spoke with Vynka today regarding changing our dates she was very helpful contacted the hotel and secured our dates. She also sent emails advising us of the new change. Vynka was very friendly and professional.”

“Natasha K has been so lovely and professional who helped me solving a booking issue with the hotel. I have missed this kind of customer service in Australia for a long time, she is kind, care and knowledgeable, she follows the matter from beginning to the end and delivers a satisfactory outcome. I will continue and always use Luxury Escape as my future travel because I know they have someone like Natasha looking after me. Well done Natasha and Luxury Escape!”

“Vynka B at Luxury Escapes was a life saver for us. We were in an awkward position with a late positive covid result coming after the free cancellation period, Vynka was able to re-schedule our booking which was hugely appreciated.”

“My daughter had a big issue while travelling to Bali.. I contacted LE and spoke with Will who was so helpful , supportive and helped us so much.. he then was off duty so passed our case onto Vynka who was so dam helpful empathetic and amazing, following up and making things happen and better for the health of my daughter.. I cannot thank Will and Vynka enough I am forever grateful to you both LE are very lucky to have you both in their team..”
