“Natasha K was just so incredibly helpful. As soon as I realised I had made an error with the dates of my booking I called Luxury Escapes and spoke with Natasha. No sooner had I explained that i needed to change the dates, Natasha was able to cancel and rebook with no additional fees and this all all took less than 10 minutes. Sensational Outcome, Thankyou so much Natasha.”

“I thought that this booking was lost as we couldn't access it in the time frame required after we couldn't use it due to border closures. Then, incredibly, Brisbane Arise Skytower volunteered to honour it. Our contact with LE (Vynka) was so supportive connecting us to a booking and communicating so promptly and courteously throughout the booking process. Will definitely be booking with Luxury Escapes again!”

“I booked a 1 night stay on the Gold Coast. Upon arrival the Hotel Concierge advised that my booking had been cancelled due to a discepancy with the nightly rate I had paid. I emailed Luxury escapes and was promptly contacted via mobile phone by KELSEY F . KELSEY F was polite and professional and resolved my case efficiently. KELSEY F contacted me via email to enquire about my wellbeing which I greatly appreciated following a distressing few hours.”

“I needed to cancel my trip to Bali only 3 days before departure as I got Covid pretty badly. I rang LE and was put thru to Eric H who has been the most helpful customer service person I have had the pleasure to talk to. He was very pro-active in helping me to understand what the possibilities were to make changes, what evidence I needed to provide so he could get in touch with the hotels etc . He has managed in a very short time to change dates, upgrade accommodation packages and organise new transfers etc for later in the year. This has taken a huge weight off my mind as my insurance would not cover me for Covid BEFORE I left on my trip, only if I contracted it while I was O/S. ( Read the fine print next time for sure ) Thanks Eric for a job well done. Much appreciated.”

“I telephoned Luxury Escapes this morning and spoke to a lovely staff member by the name of Vynka. She messaged the hotel regarding my query straight away, then emailed me within minutes that she had contacted the hotel and was awaiting a reply. As soon as she received the reply, she forwarded the response from the hotel to me. This was all within 1 hour! Vynka was not only efficient and timely in her help regarding my query, but was also very pleasant to speak with. Well done Vynka!”
