“Love the hair, soft and beautiful matches my brown hair very well but the customer service was what really impressed me. I exchanged mocha brown for chestnut, as soon as the received the information that my package was on its way back they shipped the new color I got it with in a few days 0 cost. I was so impressed!”

“I have worn these extensions 3x so far and every time it gets easier! They are so comfortable, they blend seamlessly, and the color is a perfect match. I reached out to customer service because I was in between two colors and purchased both, and returned one. They were so helpful with the process. They seem to have all of my questions answered on the website. Instructions are user-friendly. After much research, I am very happy I decided to invest in Luxy Hair extensions.”

“Customer service: I had trouble color matching my hair and they worked with me to find the right match just in time for my wedding consultation. Even when I ordered a color that was too dark they expedited a color sample for me to try which was a perfect match. Product: The extensions are great. They aren’t to heavy and stayed in with no issues for the three days I wore them. They curl very nicely and hold shape.”

“Very soft, beautiful, and naturally thick. length is as stated on their website. Customer service is always helpful as well! Quality is always up to par, and always the brand I go back to even after trying other ones. Also the best seamless set I’ve ever tried, I have never needed to replace any clips. 10/10”

“I want to express my thanks to Luxy. This is my third purchase for my daughter. This is the first time I've bought the 16". We received our order fast, as always, but there was a small issue with the piece. I sent a massage to Luxy and they responded immediately and corrected the issue. Thank you! “Have been ordering the same hair from Luxy for years, had an issue with my last order but their customer service team was excellent. They completely rectified the issue and in a quick time period. “Everything about my experience with Luxy was amazing! I inquired some help from the Luxy team to ensure I got a perfect match and heard back from them super quickly. They recommended I get the 20” Dimensional Beige Blonde Halo and it was a perfect match! The halo was just what I needed for my wedding day and withstood 30mph winds 😅 10/10 recommend to anyone!”

“I absolutely loved my pony tail piece I got (22”) and the 22” clip ins in off black were absolutely life changing!! Def recommend!! When they first arrived I was worried it wouldn’t be enough hair bc packaging feels and looks small and I have thick dense hair but it was the exact perfect amount! ❤️”

“Love luxy’s extensions but recently I purchased curtain bangs and was greatly disappointed! they were really a bad choice. I really hate to mention it because I love Luxy Hair it truly is the best decision I ever made, so it pains me to mention this issue but I must be honest. Right? Otherwise, great customer service, and I have tried all of the extensions and truly love them. Thank you Luxy and staff!”

“I have been pleased with my experience with Luxy Hair! I have chin-length hair. I first bought the 12-inch seamless chocolate balayage set using the online color match option. After talking with hair stylist Haven and getting an even closer match using swatches, I am now looking forward to purchasing a dark brown classic set! The 12-inch seamless that I have already received is beautiful. The only con for me with the seamless is that I personally found the seamless backing to lay kind of stiff against my head, and it was painful for me to adjust in certain spots. I think classic sets work best for me due to their flexibility and softness. Looking forward to my next purchase soon!”

“I am so glad I spent the extra cash to get a high quality halo that matches my natural hair color perfectly! The fishline that goes over the head was finicky so I used one from a previous halo, which works a lot better. If you’re a fine-haired girly wishing for extra length and volume, you will love the hair halo!”
