Awful customer service. I have been charged for the wrong plan, and after one month of sistematically writing to and calling the customer service, I did always receive useless answers and no one really cared about my problem. The worst phone company I ever had to deal with. Stay far away from that.

The support does not exist. If you have any problem with them, get ready to be stressed out. Don't let the cheap prices attract you, go with another operator.

Absolutely terrible service. Took nearly 4 days for them to Port over my old number and when it was finally ported over my number was unrecognised to people trying to call me. Customer support told me that this would be a further 48 hour before resolution. Would never recommend this service unless you want to be off grid for ages!

The worst service that I have ever received , don't go with this service , opt for other service providers , they don't have managers to pick up the call backs, the advisors won't give proper information , they will inform us that they are transferring the call to managers and the call would be on line for 15-20 mins and automatically the calls gets disconnected the worst service ever !

It's best not to use Lyca's service. When you receive a call, you cannot receive another call calling your number, and while receiving a call, there is no data service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would even go as far as saying this company is fraudulent, and I don't say this as hyperbole. I joined on one of their deals. Just after I switched, I also changed bank. Lyca then cancelled my contract with no notice. When I called up (and eventually got through to someone) they told me it was in their terms and conditions that you can't change payment methods. They absolutely refused to budge on their position and tried to make me pay over triple the amount for a worse deal. No one can realistically be asked to read the terms and conditions for everything they sign up to which is why sneaky tricks like this should be illegal. In any case, good companies would not include them. It should tell you all you need to know about Lyca: they openly and without sympathy try to extort their own customers as soon as they have them locked into a contract. When I returned to my old phone company and got my PAC code from Lyca, THEN they started offering me loads of deals and calling me up. Completely pathetic and shows exactly where their priorities are as a company - totally profit focused.

Terrible customer service, Scamming people with their 150gb-250gb plans. I called multiple times to the customer service expecting to get a data rollover and they have agreed to provide me with the necessary actions but nothing has been done to resolve my data rollover issue. Lyca always has new plans rolled out every single month and after the plan expires, the remaining data can't be rolled over because the original plan has been discontinued. However, the big plans will always have the label of data rollover. Even until now, the guy just ended my call and say nothing can be done to solve data rollover problems when i had >100gb leftover in my plan.

Everything is wrong with LYCA! They are disrespectful and treat customers in the worse way ever! They disconnect the conversation, they are not answering the calls and they never help or do anything! I hope that Lyca gets bankrupt soon! NO point of existing!

THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING FRAUD🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 My bundle cost £10 a month without notice they charge me £15 Called them 100 times ,not for £5 extra .... To know why didn't let me know if price change ,they confirmed price still same And will receive £5 back Never receive that AVOID LYCA IM SORRY FOR EE TO JOIN THEM OR THEY JOINED LYCA 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awful company, make no effort to fix faults/issues. The worst customer services I have ever experienced. Repeatedly cut off from customer services when trying to make a complaint.

I am leaving Lycamobile after continual problems with receiving calls. My phone does not ring 80% of the time but goes straight to voicemail. So I turned of voicemail now it doesn't ring but I get a text to say Ive missed the call. Ive called them about 4 times in the last 5 months about it. Suddenly now I am leaving having got my PAC code its now working. Their signal is not equivalent to to EE strength and Ive measured Lebara signal strength who use vodaphone on my second phone. Lebara signal is a lot stronger so switching over to them. I will never go back to Lycamobile!

They charged me twice. They confirmed the mistake... and never reimbursed me. I chased them for 3 months, provided all the requested receipts, bank statement, account number etc. I finally gave up and cancelled my plan with them: they wrote to me that they could not process the refund as I was no longer a customer with them! They still owe me money but I can sit on it. Thieves.

Calls are often (70%) intermittent or just don't connect. Half the time calls will drop after 3-4 minutes so I've begun warning callers my phone may suddenly drop them. Often callers are sent to Voicemail which doesn't track their number. I'm in real estate and need to have a stable connection when I'm on the phone. Worst of all is the difficulty I've had porting my number to a new service. Lyca makes the process very difficult by requiring many different steps in verifying my identity and after I comply they repeat the demands as if they haven't read my prior Emails. After a MONTH of trying I still haven't gotten cooperation. The first two times I was given the requested info and it was incorrect. If I die and go to Hell, I'll have Lyca for eternity. My next step is to sue them.

I have bought two from them and I have been with them for 4 months. The worst sim cards I have ever seen. There are numbers that you cannot ever able to call. 50% of your calls cannot be made. 50% of calls can not be received and you get a message says what numbers tried to call you later. If you buy it just for the ( internet ) then it is okay as their internet is not bad.

Lycamobile is fraudester. I did recharge on 3 Oct and they deducted money 4 times. For my another number, I closed the account and Lycamobile closed my acc but kept charging me for 3 months with autopay. Their own website says number doesn't exist. Even then they kept charging.

I had Lycamobile in Portugal for a year, suddenly it stopped working on December 2023. I contacted Lycamobile on Dec 8th, they said it would be fixed in 48 hours. Not fixed. I called and was told this 4 times, twice given reference numbers. Still not fixed. It's now February and still no service. I filed a complaint in the online complaints book and was sent a stock reply. I responded, sent lots of information. Still no service and no response from Lycamobile Portugal. Tive a Lycamobile em Portugal durante um ano, mas de repente deixou de funcionar em dezembro de 2023. Contactei a Lycamobile no dia 8 de dezembro e disseram-me que o problema seria resolvido em 48 horas. Não foi resolvido. Liguei para a Lycamobile e disseram-me isso 4 vezes, e deram-me duas vezes números de referência. Ainda não foi resolvido. Já estamos em fevereiro e ainda não há serviço. Apresentei uma queixa no livro de reclamações em linha e foi-me enviada uma resposta de stock. Respondi e enviei muitas informações. Continuo sem serviço e sem resposta da Lycamobile Portugal.

I have just moved to LYCA but did have significant problems as the website is dreadful, even though it appears to gather the data required efficiently. Payments do not seem to be accepted at the end of the process, even though I tried several cards. The call centre is overseas, and they clearly do not understand the process of setting up a pay monthly plan in the UK. When I explained the process they could not understand, and I was transferred back to the initial call responder. In the end my old number was transferred and the phone works, but my wife will not be joining LYCA.
