I still haven't received my purchase but you're already asking me to complete a survey. Focus on providing better service rather than taking surveys.

I ordered shoes on Lyst.com from Menlook.EU 7 days ago. Although delivery was estimated at 2 to 5 days, I still havent received any news from Menlook regarding shipment. After contacting Lyst.com, they referred me to Menlook.EU to solve the problem, while Menlook.EU could not help telephonically and after 4 days has not responded to a query via their website. Taken together, poor service and poor communication.

An entire week passed before they could tell me that the item I purchased wasn't available. By then I had missed other opportunities to purchase item at sale price from other vendors. I felt pretty blah with this first experience.

I ordered a pair of boots from Lyst (having bought from them successfully before) only to find that, as a conduit, they did not stock the item themselves, merely request it from the original supplier. This meant that any after-sales issue is out of their control. My boots are currently somewhere in the New Jersey area (I live in England) and seemingly none of the parties involved - be that supplier or distributor - seem as concerned as I am about delivering to me what was to have been my birthday present and which seemingly has no chance of arriving on that date. In their defence, I have to say that the Lyst customer service representative has gone out of her way to be helpful. The problem is not with Lyst customer service. But I do think they should look at some of their arrangements with third party suppliers.

So far I'm disspointed. I placed an order on 01/23 and still to this date the order hasn't shipped out. The worst part is that I ordered the shoes for a trip that I'm taking this weekend for my birthday.????

Very disappointed I ordered a Cole Hasan bag and I was sent the wrong style. I returned the bag for an exchange and was told it would take up to 3 weeks even for a refund. Unacceptable

While Lyst has quality products, once you place your order you aren't provided enough information to track your order. You receive confirmation of your order from them & then you are left hanging waiting on supplier to fill your order & to communicate with you. I ordered a product on Thursday, today is Monday and I have heard nothing from supplier. Just beware when it shows 5 - 7 days that it starts once their supplier decided to process the order.

They didn't send me the item I ordered. I ordered a regular size 7.5 in a boot and they sent 7.5 extended calf boot. Ugh. I returned them at a local coach store.

I don't blame lyst but the quality of my dolce vita suade booties were poor. At first sight, the shoe looks beautiful. But after only a few days of wear, the suede started tearing off. I spent $65 on this suede bootie. I've only worn them less than twenty times and the suede surface is tearing apart. I will never buy from this brand again.

i can't figure out what the point of Lyst is beyond charging you a hidden fee to order products. I ordered a pair of shoes from Grifo210. It cost $67 dollars, not including duty fees(another $59 paid to DHL). I can't figure out why the shipping fees were so exorbitant. It's usually $15-20 to ship shoes to me from Europe. In trying to figure out why shipping was so expensive, I found out that if I had ordered directly from the vendor I would have saved roughly $10. Lyst doesn't make it any cheaper or easier to shop.

Well Lyst found the shirt I wanted, the correct brand size and color but what was shipped to me was something else. A different color and style entirely. Not sure where the disconnect happened but still annoyed.

Item chosen was not available due to the 'partner' being closed until New Year, this was not pointed out by Lyst - who have failed to respond to my enquiry. The partner responded when approached, should have gone direct instead of a pointless intermediary.....

after placing the order it came back with a refusal even after trying again true an advised link i was not able to purchase the shoes i was very enthousiastic about Lyst after purchasing a bag but that enthusiasme has vanished quickly

I ordered a pair of 288.00$ h by Hudson only to get charged then recieve an email that my order was declined. They emailed me 4 days later after I emailed them that I haven't even received an email on how to track my package, Then to top it off my refund email receipt stated they refunded my full amount of 188.00 FYI didn't I say I PAID 288.00$ this site may have great clothes but I rather buy in my own region... Hint I actually paid 119.00 for the same boots this site is unexceptable.????????????????????????

Hi Rondell, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for any confusion. To explain when an order is placed on Lyst.com it is sent directly to the retailer for process and dispatch. The prices are set by the retailers themselves and Lyst is unable to amend these prices in anyway. I can confirm that the shoes went on sale at $116.95 just after you placed your order and as the price was then incorrect, the order failed to ensure you were not overcharged. Please be assured that your order was cancelled automatically and you were not charged for this transaction. I can confirm this technical issue has now been resolved by our engineers and the shoes are now displaying at the correct price. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you PAY for expedited shipping, you should GET expedited shipping. Or you should get a refund for the expedited shipping charge. If merchandise is going to take longer than expected to arrive, the customer should be made aware of this BEFORE the purchase.
