Hi Grzegorz, Thank you for placing your order with The Idle Man. Unfortunately your order has triggered our fraud prevention system and so has been put 'on hold’. This is just a standard procedure, so nothing to worry about. Orders can be put on hold for a range of reasons but fraud is a common problem for online retailers and to protect ourselves and our customers we need to ask you to provide us with a scan or photo of your ID. This could be a Passport or driver’s licence or anything with your name and address on it that matches the name and address on your order. Once we have this we can verify, complete and ship your order ASAP. I ordered Liu no handbag on 22nd of July through LYST.COM,today is 27th I still don't have my handbag and I don't have any information why it wasn't even dispatched. But money are reserved from my account.

Needed a jumper asap and paid additional £26 to get it delivered. Then got in touch with customer services to see where it was and I got told that it was out of stock but the money had been debited out of my account. I had no email confirming this. Absolutely appalling. Now i need to wait another few days to get my no money back. Won't be shopping here ever again that's for sure!

I would like to reassure you that as the order was cancelled the funds did not debit your account and you were not charged. I didn't receive my order. They didn't give me any notice of when it was dispatched or delivered.

Lyst shows products on sale which are actually out of stock. It allows to place an order and even get a full confirmation that the order is successfully received and is being processed. After that nothing happens and the client does not even receive any notification that the product is out of stock and will never be dispatched. No Lyst nor its retailer advises that the product is out of stock. My experience with Lyst is extremely poor. However, thank you for your customer service whom I had to contact separately to get any explanations on the status of my order. The advice of Lyst customer service is very useless as to make an alert for the item once it becomes available. This is a season sale and the item will never be available after the sale. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I bought an item, got the confirmation of the purchase and one week later, I got an email from the brand who was selling the item telling me it was sold out! That is not a good business approach. Your brand perception is being damaged (not to say theirs!). One suggestion: don't sell anything you do not have...It only creates angry and frustrated consumers.

I bought for the first time a couple of days ago, my purchases are very frequent in the web, for now, I can assure you that the service is excellent and comparable to the top category. When will I receive my purchase I will give a comprehensive assessment on the state of the object purchased, shipping times and how will the packaging and packaging.

I ordered an Anya Hindmarsh S sticker through your site and then ordered from elsewhere for two other letters to make up my husbands initials. I got the other letters no problem as promised by the online sites when ordered. Today I got an email from the site Nine In The Mirror stating that they did not have the S sticker!!!!!!! Why take my money plus shipping if they don't have it, the other sites were free delivery. Surely your computer systems are set up to detect when someone hasn't got stock or is it that by stating they did might attract me to their website, well I will not be wanting to risk shopping through your site again. I am left with 2 unusable stickers and no gift for my husbands birthday this coming Saturday.

Very poor, I bought a pair of pants in my size and then found out it was not available in my size. Don't list product sizes if you dont have them in stock. Will most likely not buy through list again.

Lyst allowed me to order something, outsourced it and then told me it was unavailable because it was "oversold." Never happened before.

Unfortunately my experience was not very good with Lyst. I ordered a dress the other day, received a confirmation from Lyst for the correct dress and a confirmation from Alexander for the same dress in the wrong color. I smiled Lyst immediately after receiving the confirmations. Lyst said I have to contact Alexander Wang to see if the dress was coming in the right color or not? I still wanted the correct dress. I had to wait until morning to contact Alexander Wang after attempting to find my order via the Alexander Wang order number on their online site failed. Alexander Wang was VERY rude. Accused me of ordering it wrong. Could not promise they could cancel the order. More or less my problem. I was so irritated by this point I did not want the $700 dress! I am not sure I will ever use Lyst again. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I placed my first and only order with Lyst earlier this week. When I received my order confirmation email it was for a completely different item. I ended up having to cancel the order altogether and place my order with a different company so I could receive the correct item. Not a good experience.
