“The product of course is beautiful and high quality…Although my personal opinion is that the pockets are too tall making access tricky. I was seriously impressed with the speed of delivery. Every other time I have ordered a product from Australia it has taken 10-14 days to reach me. These orders arrived within 3-4 days of ordering”

“Love the kit and it fits well, the quality is high. However, was pretty annoyed recently with the MAAP strava challenge where it consistently stated $75 AUD reward unlock everywhere I looked. My friends and I were so keen. Then once you unlock that reward, you find out in small print that you have to spend $250 minimum to get the $75 unlock... be upfront and include that in your T&Cs early on. Not once people unlock the reward. Not the greatest experience.”

“So far, so good. Really loving the customer service and the delivery which is fast. Products are top notch quality. I had an issue before regarding taxes because of wrong declaration by Maap but they addressed it right away. Thanks Maap”

“Maap is the benchmark in product quality and customer service. Since buying my first Maap jersey last year, I have been blown away by the superiority of their products compared to all other top brands such as Rapha, Pedla and Black Sheep Cycling. I am committed to turning my cycling closer into only Maap clothing. I’m systematically selling off all other brand clothing and replacing them with only Maap. Whether it be Knicks, jerseys, vests or socks, Maap simply do it better regarding durability, comfort, breathability and style. Not only are their products world class but their customer service is top shelf! My customer service experience has always been first class. Whether it’s being offered a free coffee on arrival at the Maap Lab or rapid response to any online customer query or returns. I can’t speak highly enough of this brand and I’m proud to say that my favourite brand comes from my home town! Thanks Maap and keep up the incredible work! I love what you’re putting down!”
