“Great product, but I only own one Maap kit because of the cost.”

“Shopping experience was all right. The order was dispatched quick. Only the return and refund time is more complicated than with local online shops in Germany. Still everything worked out well. It just took long. I love the products, but I’m not a fan of the maap shop. I prefer buying from other retailers. For how expensive and exclusive the products are, the service and terms of the online shop are not equivalent.”

“Bought multiple garments, from socks to jackets and in between. Fabric, fitting, design are all superb. However, stitching is often coming undone on the various jackets, even on the gloves. I suppose better quality control is required.”

“I feel the quality of the newer jerseys has deteriorated slightly. The MAAP MELB signature jersey was such that I declined buying it in-store. Cargo bibs are awesome however, very good fabric and the design w additional zippers / storage is great”

“The ordering process needs some work. I ordered some products for my son for Christmas. I could not find size options. When they arrived I felt "had" because I had a problem with the size, so I ordered again. Same same. Not I have to wait till Christmas to see if the size is right.”

“This years shipping is faster than last year but free shipping isn't available til $350+ really puts me off, I was gonna order another batch of things but just not impressed by the excessive shipping cost. Not like you are shipping heavy bike parts. Excessive shipping.”

“Firstly I love that it’s an Australia brand. All the products are seemingly of top quality I.e I’m yet to have a product issues. I have purchased a lot in the past year. My only bug bear would be the sizing. Every top that I have purchase has been a different fit and cut and that has been fairly annoying. I wish you would have some sort of consistency with a type of product e.g I know that rapha pro team or brevet will fit me a certain way. With Maap, there’s all these weird names and I have no idea how they’re going to fit until it’s here. That said 9 out of 10 times I’ve had to return the top. Bibs are fine. Also I would love some simple designs every now and then. I appreciate the funky designs but I often prefer simplicity or minimal designs.”

“Gradually increasing prices seem a bit excessive, not fully convinced that the new "tech" is worth it or validated / tested. But the performance basics of the apparel is and always has been excellent.”

“Own many MAAP garments and will purchase many more. Recently bought the Draft Team jacket, it’s great and I’d recommend it. Not exactly waterproof but confident in it during a shower, I didn’t buy it for its waterproof capabilities however. It’s perforated in the rear shoulders so you don’t end up soaked in sweat, so breathes well while being a windshield on the front. The only issue I have is the sleeves are too long, something other reviews mentioned. It’s definitely something to be aware of as they gather up and affect aero - however any cycling jacket will affect aero. All in all an excellent garment and I’d certainly recommend it, given it was below £100 in the sale it proves good value”

“The new knicks are a smaller fit (and lower cut?) than previous MAAP editions. I didn't pick this up before ordering and only noticed once i tried them on. Would have been good to know beforehand.”

“I usually wear an L and I ordered an XL and it still seems to be very tight! with most other bike wear sizing, the XL is just right for me with some wiggle room.”

“Mapp site is great. I like the size filters. Delivery was fast and I liked the access to the pre Black Friday sale. I got a discount code (10% off) after I made a purchase which was a little annoying to be honest. I would have only purchased 1 jersey then got a second one on further discount if I had of known. I know the intention was good but it was a little annoying.”
